We were on the hunt for a new single origin that could match the charm of our beloved Colombia Lychee. It had to be fruity, memorable, and a little bit special. Then came along Colombia Passion Fruit—and we instantly said yes! We love the sweet-tart combo of passion fruit, so why not in coffee?

What’s special about it? 

Besides its irresistible aroma and vibrant flavour, what makes it truly stand out is the way it’s processed. Grown by Julio Madrid at Finca La Riviera, this coffee went through an innovative mixed fermentation process, blending tradition with creativity to unlock its unique profile.
