A Coffee that Blooms with Flora Notes

The inspiration

After visiting the Toowoomba Flower Festival, our senior roaster was captivated by the vibrant blooms and brought that inspiration back to the roastery. And he decided to bring back this coffee blend, Mighty Blossom. This time round, we have reformulated this specialty blend with a delicate mix of floral and tea-like notes, perfecting it after many trials to achieve just the right balance. The result? A blend that truly blooms on your palate.

The taste experience

In espresso, the first sip reveals a subtle floral note, but once you open your mouth, the flavours blossom! There is a delightful pop of floral notes that surprises your tastebuds. With milk you will enjoy a rich hazelnut chocolate flavour, followed by a full-bodied experience. As it cools, the floral notes emerge, with a lovely bergamot aftertaste.

Tasting Notes: 

• In Espresso: Rose, Cherry Blossom, Blackberry, Fizzy Lime, Bergamot
• With Milk: Hazelnut, Malt, Blackberry, Rose Tea, Bergamot

Recommended Espresso Recipe: 

20g ground coffee IN with yield of 40g OUT golden liquid espresso over 28-30 seconds.
