At the start of every new year, we craft a special coffee blend to celebrate fresh beginnings. Introducing the 2025 edition, a bold and energizing coffee filled with flavours to kickstart your mornings with abundance and vitality.

This year, we have focused on flavours that bring sweetness and fruitfulness to the forefront. When enjoyed as an espresso, you will experience rich raisin, date and cherry sweetness, layered with floral hints of cherry blossom and jasmine.

And with milk, this New Year blend transforms into smooth almond milk notes, malt sweetness, and layers of cherry and blackberry, all rounded off by a lingering incredibly sweet aftertaste.

Brewing Recipe:

For the perfect Espresso, we recommend using 20g of ground coffee, which will yield 40g of golden liquid espresso. And brew it over 28-30 seconds.
