This Single Origin shines due to its distinct processing method. Beyond traditional washing, the green beans undergo yeast fermentation using the Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain. This process enhances vibrant tropical fruit notes, making this coffee truly unique.

When we cupped it, we were captivated by the balance of sweetness, tangy acidity, and a subtle touch of saltiness. It’s the ideal brew for a refreshing Spring-Summer vibe – fruity, bright, and like sunshine in a cup!

Varietal: Hybrid H3, Caturra

Processing Method: Washed and Yeast Fermentation

  • Fully Washed – Traditional processing. dried at 45 degrees C.
  • Yeast Fermentation -Using specialty yeasts (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) made by Lallemand for fermentation in a controlled environment (bins) which give the coffee an additional layer of tropical fruit and floral aromas. These special, washed lots have tropical-fruit-like notes.
