[Processing Method]
At Finca Campo Hermoso, the coffee cherries undergo meticulous honey processing. Beginning with alcoholic fermentation infused with peppermint in an open environment for 72 hours. Then the cherries are meticulously rinsed. Next, yeast and peppermint are re-introduced, fermenting the cherries for an additional 96 hours. Finally the green beans bask in the sun for 21 days, culminating in a distinctive flavour profile that epitomizes Edwin’s dedication to excellence.

Jiayen –
This is my first time trying out Colombia ice honey mojito. It is surprisingly lime-like and refreshing and feels like alcohol to some extent. I really enjoy this cup of extraordinary flavours as i subtlely tasted mint too.
Esther Lee –
This single origin is amazing! The coffee itself is already well-roasted, furthermore, the flavour and after taste of this blend is even more interesting. It lingers in my mouth with a beautiful taste. Honestly, an amazingly memorable cup of coffee.
